In December my daughter Marilyn as a Christmas gift, sent Chelan Beauty Apples to us at 5758 South Park Blvd Parma Oh 44134. The chela Beauty apples arrived in good shape and were delicious!
So a few weeks ago my son Walter Masloski who lives at the same address ordered another box of Chelan Beauty Apples.
They arrived yesterday UPS truck completely frozen!🥶
They must have been shipped by train because it took a long time for them to get to Ohio.
I could not call you because you do not have a phone number listed for us to tell you our order, in spite of the Greencellfoam packing arrived frozen!
I feel bad because my son did not get what he ordered! Fresh edible apples! He Evan tipped the farmer!
Do you offer refunds?
I thought apples would have been shipped on a plane, a train had to go through the frozen Midwest states to get to Ohio!
Lesson learned for everyone! Don’t order apples in January or wait until night time temperatures are above freezing!
Good morning, Mary Ellen. We're so sorry that your sampler box arrived frozen. Please know that the weather we're experiencing is not normal. As you could tell with the first order, we usually have no problems shipping our apples across the country when the shipping times are accurate. 9-10 days en route = unhappy apples. Did you happen to purchase the Route Insurance when checking out? If so, that is one way we issue refunds, since weather and shipping delays cause our product to be damaged. If you did not purchase Route Protection, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix this for you. We have a phone number up at the top of our website, but you may have missed it. Thank you for letting us know, as we will add our contact info in some more areas on the website to make more quickly visible! :)
Love those apples. Just the right size for a snack!
I sent a box of apples as a gift to my nephew and his family. They raved about the flavor and quality of these honey crisp apples!
They are wonderful, I will order again!
I like them. Crisp, slightly sweet, slightly tart and juicy.
