We believe in showing the highest level of stewardship to the land, our bodies, our community, and our customers. Our mission is improve the existing food-chain by providing a healthier convenient alternative for our bodies and earth alike. We farm less than 200 acres of pristine lake view property in the Chelan valley, and have kept those acres as beautiful farmland and away from developers. We intend to keep our farm small enough to maintain our focus on quality over quantity. As Jane Goodall famously points out, we all crave greenery on a deep psychological level-- thus our efforts are to begin healing everything with green. The planet's regeneration starts with agriculture but ends with the purchasing decisions of the consumer. If we can grow the highest quality produce on the market, our hope would be that our loyal customers would choose to purchase from us directly on this site. If your heart craves greenery like mine– stay tuned, we'll be opening a virtual window to our farm with the launch of our farm blog in 2020.
"It's been proven by quite a few studies that plants are good for our psychological development. If you green an area, the rate of crime goes down. Torture victims begin to recover when they spend time outside in a garden with flowers. So we need them, in some deep psychological sense, which I don't suppose anybody really understands yet."
